1. Managed Cloud Environment

   Industry Solutions provisions and fully manages your Microsoft Azure environment — including user accounts, virtual desktops, servers, backups, and all supporting infrastructure. Updates, monitoring, configuration changes, and ongoing maintenance are handled by our team. You get a cloud environment that runs reliably without requiring internal IT resources to keep it that way.

   • Industry Solutions sets up and fully manages the customer’s Azure environment:
     
     • User accounts, desktops, servers, backups, and related infrastructure.
       
2. Client Portal (Optional Add-On)

   For organizations that want direct visibility into their environment, our optional client portal — built on the Nerdio platform — provides a clean, web-based dashboard where you can view users, desktops, and server status, and restore files and backups directly. This add-on is available for clients who want hands-on access alongside our managed service.

   • A simplified, web-based portal (built on the Nerdio platform) where the customer can:
     
     • View their users and desktops.
       
     • See server status.
       
   • View and restore backups at the file level.
     This is not automatically included; giving customers direct visibility and control adds risk and therefore comes with an additional fee.
